Breathing activates energy, energy activates feelings and sensations in our body, and then our mind reacts to those sensations. The goal is to feel everything, and react to nothing. Allow whatever comes up, don’t judge yourself, don’t try to figure it out. The body has its own intelligence. Simply focus your energy and intention of staying present to the breath, allow yourself to release whatever comes up, and the body will automatically deal with whatever comes up.
